What is Body Doubling?
Body doubling is a simple yet effective technique where an individual works alongside you (either in person or virtually) to help boost focus and motivation. The presence of another person can make a significant difference when it comes to getting things done, as it offers both accountability and encouragement. For many people with ADHD, the act of having someone “there” can make a task feel less overwhelming and easier to start, maintain, and finish.
How Our Sessions Work
Our weekly body doubling sessions are held online, where a supportive individual will work with you to stay focused, organized, and productive. Whether you’re working on a project, cleaning, studying, or tackling your to-do list, our body doubling sessions create a positive, distraction-free environment to help you make progress.
